It is my pleasure and honour to welcome you to the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Vidarbha Institute of Technology, Nagpur. The department was established in the year 2009. The department has experienced and well-qualified faculty members, well-equipped laboratories such as Digital Signal Processing Laboratory, Communication, and Microwave Engineering Laboratory, VLSI Laboratory, Microprocessor Laboratory, Embedded System Design Laboratory, and Antenna Design/ Simulation Laboratory, etc. A large number of students of B.Tech/ M.Tech have completed their projects/dissertations by working sincerely in this laboratory. Some of them perusing higher education are doing excellent research work in the field of MEMS/Microelectronics, due to their passion towards research and strong basic knowledge of the subject. The department has been continuously growing since its establishment with an aim of preparing the students to excel in the industry and be successful in higher studies.
